Twin Hearts Cottage is:

  • A unique and private 550 sq. ft cottage built from sustainable redwood.

  • Perfectly and privately located at the ocean end of our 7.6 acre, magical North Shore of Kauai organic farm (use links above to see more photos of, and information about, our farm) and within walking distance to Kahili-Quarry Beach, one of Hawaii's most beautiful beaches. Kilauea town, with restaurants and shopping, is just 10 minutes away by car.

  • The cottage’s many amenities include a wonderful little hot tub, tandem kayak, beach towels, high speed internet (by Kauai standards), cable TV, Weber gas grill, washer, dryer, and so much more. Twin Hearts is a legal, permitted "homestay", Class IV Zoning Permit Z-IV-2015-35, Use Permit U-2015-34, Special Permit SP-2015-12. It is one of a handful of cottages legally permitted for short term rentals.

  • The cottage features a bedroom with king bed, a living room with high-quality queen sofa bed, a small but functional kitchen, full beautifully tiled bathroom with shower, outdoor lanai with seating and gas BBQ, outdoor shower, and nearly new hot tub.

  • A favorite with honeymooners and folks who want a beautiful and peaceful Kauai home stay. Occupancy up to four is possible, but the cottage is most comfortable for couples.

Rates average $300 to $350 per night, plus a $195 out-clean fee and state and county taxes totaling 17.962%.

A $1000 security deposit is required for all bookings, and returned within 15 days of departure. Deductions from deposits are, thankfully, rare.

We prefer bookings of 7+ nights, but we do accommodate shorter stays when those present themselves between longer, establish bookings

Pineapple Farmstay is:

  • A wonderful unique 600 sq. ft studio located central to our farm life. You can expect to meet, and be greeted by, our golden retrievers.

  • The studio features a built-in queen bed, a comfortable queen sofa bed a tiled bathroom with dual headed shower, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor seating area with garden views. Included are 100% cotton sheets, bath towels, beach towels, high speed internet (by Kauai standards), cable TV, and a Weber gas grill.

  • Occupancy is up to 3 guests, and we do prefer bookings of at least 5 nights. We do accommodates shorter stays when they present themselves between longer, established bookings.

  • Pineapple is a legal, permitted "homestay", Class IV Zoning Permit Z-IV-2015-35, Use Permit U-2015-34, Special Permit SP-2015-12. It is one of a handful of country accommodations legally permitted for short term rentals.

    Rates average $225 to $250 per night, plus a $150 out-clean fee and state and county taxes totaling 17.962%.
